Fundrequest in 3 easy steps:

Funding any goal or issue will be painless and easy, thanks to an intuitive front-end application for online and mobile use. One of the milestones we've included in our roadmap is the development of a Chrome browser add-on so that you can fund issues on your favorite platform.

Create issue

Create issue

Any user can create a request based on a feature they want to see or a bug they’ve encountered. They can also add a monetary reward to the request. After validation by the Ethereum blockchain, a smart contract is generated for the specific issue.

Fund issue

Fund issue

Any developer can propose a solution to an issue. All proposed solutions get evaluated, and the most suitable solution is determined.

Approve solution

Approve solution

After the issue is solved, all funds are transferred. The developer that came up with the best solution will be notified, and is then able to collect their reward.

Roadmap 2018

Q1

The FundRequest platform launches on the Ethereum Mainnet. Users can fund or crowdfund open source issues on GitHub using the FND token. Developers can claim the FND token after they’ve successfully resolved the GitHub issue.

Q2

The FundRequest platform allows any ERC 20 token to fund Open Source Issues on GitHub. Claiming funding is extended with a staking mechanism. Meanwhile the first Open Source Projects are chosen to receive support from the FundRequest Ecosystem Incentivisation pool.

Q3

A dispute flow is added to the FundRequest platform which enables community collaboration to settle raised disputes. FundRequest enables the SkillToken to measure a developer's success rate and reputation.

Q4

Next to crypto assets the FundRequest platform allows funding in fiat currencies (USD, EUR,..) and adds premium features to the FundRequest platform, such as invoicing and adding a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to a request.
